Remote Support Queue for ALL Users

If you have not already done so, call Bob and let him know you are getting in the Support Queue!
Then click on the "Download Remote Support" button below and choose Run
(firefox users have to choose save, then run it from your downloads)
when prompted click ACCEPT, then type your name and click SUBMIT
